I just ordered a huge cache of art supplies, since I've been on a roll lately and there's nothing worse than running out at the wrong time. (All the digital webcomic artists out there are scratching their heads at this post. "Art supplies? What are those?") I draw with Faber-Castell Pitt Artist Pens on Strathmore 300 Series Bristol Boards. They're my favorite tools and I've never used anything else. Well, a couple of early drawing attempts involved Sharpies, but that didn't turn out so well.


For supplies, I'm a big fan of DickBlick.com--their selection is amazing and their prices on my items are about 40% less than my local Hobby Lobby stores. Plus, I don't have to feel guilty every time I fund Hobby Lobby and their wacky right-wing agenda.
